Saturday we had a Valentines party that was a little different then others we had in the past. This year we decorated home-made sugar cookies, made Valentines, and prepared songs to preform at a nursing home in Rockwall. It was truly fun to see the smiles of not only our children but the residence there at the nursing home as we sang and handed out treats. One women started to cry from the joy she felt when she saw the sweet children.
Valentines Day, itself, was really fun too. The kids really enjoyed their Valentines found on the table in the morning. I got to make Bryan a nice breakfast before he left for school and then Bryan got off early from school so we could go to Alysa's school party as a family. I then received flowers in the mail with chocolates and more from the world's best husband. We then went to Zaza's and Papa's house. They watched the kids so Bryan and I could go out. We went to Bennigans (which has a lot of sentimental value- there are only 2 of those restraunts left in the metroplex) and then Bryan took me to do sealings at the temple. We got to seal together many of Pop's great uncles and aunts. The time we had spending together on Valentines was pure bliss.
Brynn and Cayden's play date. We made Valentine bags.
Then each child passed out their own Valentines to each other.

These two did a great job with making these cards. Cameron spent at least 30 minutes making bunches of cards.
